My favorite spot for food is Noodles & Sushi Delight, a cozy neighborhood Chinese restaurant where the atmosphere makes you feel like part of the family.
What drove you to begin a sales career in eCommerce?
I’ve been in customer service for 25 years, so sales felt like a natural extension with the same skills, just a different scoreboard. eCommerce gives me the chance to help people, solve problems, and yes… occasionally celebrate a cart conversion like a small victory.

What is your favorite eCommerce Conference and why?
As someone newer to eCommerce sales, I haven’t had the opportunity to attend a conference yet, but I’m eager to in the future.
