MRC Vegas serves as a great opportunity to connect with potential eCommerce leads, while becoming more educated on the payments and fraud industry. List Genius is a great tool to take advantage of to prepare for shows.
MRC Vegas will once again be hosted on the Las Vegas Strip at the ARIA Resort & Casino. Not only is it the home of the conference, but this hotel truly has it all – luxurious suites and guest rooms, restaurants, several different nightlife options, an impressive pool, and more. The only downside to this resort is that the rooms tend to fill up quickly. If you need to find other accommodations or you are trying to find something a little more affordable, here are a few other hotels in the area for you to consider.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas (0.5 mi) – Located within walking distance of the conference, this resort provides residential-styled spaces that highlight the fantastic views of the Las Vegas skyline.
Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas (0.6 mi) – This Forbes triple five-star luxury hotel is sophisticated, glamorous, and lavish. There isn’t a casino in this hotel, so this is a fantastic option if you want to distance yourself from the gambling scene a little bit.
MGM Grand Hotel & Casino (0.7 mi) – This hotel is one of the most well-known names on the Las Vegas Strip. With a spa, fitness center, pool, casino, luxurious rooms and suites, and plenty of dining options, your stay at the MGM Grand will not disappoint.
Luxor Hotel & Casino (1.4 mi) – For a truly memorable trip in Las Vegas, why not stay in an Egyptian pyramid? The unique architecture of this hotel and casino really sets it apart on the Las Vegas Strip, but it still has all of the conveniences and amenities that you would expect.
Gold Coast Hotel & Casino (1.9 mi) – If you need to work within a specific budget for this business trip, it may make more sense for you to stay a little further out. This hotel is not on the Las Vegas Strip, but that does not mean it is lacking. Plus, the hotel provides free shuttle services to the Las Vegas Strip for guests.
Palace Station Hotel & Casino (3.9 mi) – This is another great option that is situated just a few miles away from the Las Vegas Strip. Palace Station has everything that you would expect from a Las Vegas hotel, but with more affordable prices.
Blossom – Located within the ARIA Resort & Casino, it will be a breeze for your guests to make their way from the conference to this restaurant. This traditional Chinese restaurant has two VIP rooms, and each space is able to accommodate 18 guests. You can rest assured that your guests will enjoy this delicious cuisine, especially since Chef Chi Kwun Choi has received the Epicurean Award for the Best Chinese Restaurant in Las Vegas.
Jaleo – If tapas if more your style, Jaleo is the place to bring your guests. Whether you are hosting an industry networking event or a small gathering for some of your business partners, the small Spanish dishes and fine wines will perfectly complement your event.
Mandarin Bar – Located within the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, this is the perfect spot to host a cocktail party or networking event. With eclectic food, premium wine, handcrafted cocktails, and spectacular view of the Las Vegas Strip, your guests are sure to have an enjoyable evening.
March is a comfortable time of year to explore the Las Vegas area. While temperatures can soar over 100 degrees during the summer months, March is much more enjoyable for visitors. With an average high around 69 degrees and an average low around 44 degrees, the weather will be perfect for you to explore the Las Vegas Strip. Just make sure you bring a sweater or jacket to stay warm once the sun goes down!
One of the great things about Las Vegas is that transportation is incredibly convenient. If you are staying in a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, you can easily walk to pretty much anywhere you want to go. If your accommodations are a little further out, many hotels will offer free shuttle services to the Strip. Plus, there are taxis everywhere, so you can get a ride to any destination
Fountains of Bellagio – Visitors on the Las Vegas Strip love to stop and admire this spectacular fountain show that takes place throughout each evening. This complex water feature is carefully choreographed to perform along to some of your favorite music. The fountains of Bellagio are one of the sights that you absolutely have to see while in Las Vegas.
Gamble – Is it even possible to go to Las Vegas and not gamble? Gambling is pretty much everywhere in Las Vegas, and most of the hotels even have their own casinos. Even if you aren’t crazy about the idea of losing money, you can still take your hand at gambling without putting it all at risk. More reserved gamblers can take a few turns at the slot machines. If you want to get into it a little more, you can play a few games of roulette or blackjack. You might even hit it big! Now, that sure would make for a memorable work trip!
See a Show – Las Vegas is bursting at the seams with entertainment options. Whether you want to see Jennifer Lopez, Cirque du Soleil, Blue Man Group, or David Copperfield, there is a show available to suit nearly any interest.
